Shafro was born in 1980’s.He grew up in a Christian Family and therefore, did alot of Church work. He started music whilst still a young mostly in the church choir, school and home. His Real Names are Nkweto Mulenga. Nkweto attended senior secondary education at Highland High School where he obtained his primary and secondary certificates. He worked in the Musical Production Studio commonly known as Community Vice at Bata House now Alliance Bank House. He has done a number of underground performances. He has performed in a number of local shows i.e. Showground Shafro, with his career of Producer, has produced a lot of albums in both circular and Gospel Music. This has made him popular and more admired by his fellow youths. Nkweto Mulenga (Shafro) Still continues with his career of entertaining, Educating and also informing the nation through music. Nkwento owns a studio at his home which make it easier for his work and because he still has a heart for youth upcoming artist his feel it is important for him to stay closure and do more of his works in a much more conducive place for the youths.
